The Incident Management Team, personnel from the Bureau of Fire Protection-Tinambac Fire Station, Rural Health Units I & II, Tinambac Municipal Hospital, Tinambac Public Safety Office, and the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office held an early morning Operational Period Briefing at the Incident Command Post to discuss the ongoing 4th Congressional District Meet. This event is scheduled to take place on February 2-4, 2024, in the municipality of Tinambac.
 
During the briefing, Incident Commander, Dr.John Paul E. Reazon and other members of the Incident Management Team of Tinambac discussed various aspects of the event, including logistics, safety measures, emergency response plans, and communication protocols to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the event.
 
The briefing aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of the event and identify potential risks and challenges that may arise during the event. They also reviewed the roles and responsibilities of each agency and discussed how they can work together to address any issues that may arise.
