For questions regarding the entire process of registration and accreditation of your organization, visit the appropriate CSO Desk Office located on the 3rd floor of our municipality in Barangay Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Find Mr. Alexander C. Alvarez, the current CSO Desk Officer, or text or call 09305870472.
Process for Accreditation
1. Request forms at the current CSO Desk Office which can be found on the 3rd floor of our municipality in Barangay Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur;
2. Submit the requirements to the appropriate CSO Desk Office;
3. After submitting and completing all the requested documents, the appropriate CSO Desk Officer will review them and endorse your application to the Sangguniang Bayan of Tinambac.
4. The Sangguniang Bayan will be endorsed by the Committee on Accreditation where your application will be reviewed and recommendations will be made to accredit your organization by passing a resolution;
5. The Sangguniang Bayan Secretariat will issue a Certificate of Accreditation signed by the Sangguniang Bayan Presiding Officer.
