𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒| On March 12, 2024, Municipal Mayor Atty. Ruel Brioso Tuy served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker at the Blessing and Inauguration Ceremony of Balay Silangan Formation Center in Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur.
Balay Silangan is a community-based reformation program of PDEA that aims to build temporary shelters for drug offenders to reform them into self-sufficient and law-abiding members of society.
The activity was highlighted by the blessing and prayer of Rev. Fr. Alfie Catura followed by Ribbon Cutting led by Hon. Atty. Ruel B. Tuy together with PDEA Regional Director Edgar T. Jubay.
