A meeting was conducted earlier today by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Tinambac, led by LDRRMO III Romil L. Estolano, RN, and LDRRMO II Wenefredo A. Figura III, RN. The meeting was focused on Event Planning and Activation of the Incident Command System in preparation for the 4th Congressional District Meet for Elementary and Secondary Schools in Camarines Sur scheduled on February 2-4, 2024, in the municipality of Tinambac.
The discussions revolved around ensuring safety, security, and logistics for the upcoming event, as well as contingency plans in case of any emergencies. The MDRRMO also addressed Emergency and Preparedness Response during the meeting.
