𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐜, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐫
Tourism frontliners from Tinambac, Camarines Sur, recently participated in a one-day training aimed at enhancing the quality of tourism services in the municipality. The 𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐 𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 training was organized by the Department of Tourism-Region V and the Local Government Unit of Tinambac, led by Municipal Mayor Atty. Ruel B. Tuy, and focused on fostering excellent service to tourists as part of the distinct Filipino Brand.
Held on May 9, 2024, at the New Evacuation Center, Municipal Compound, Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, the training aimed to expand participants’ knowledge and skills in providing warm Filipino hospitality through the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence. This initiative is a step forward in elevating the tourism experience in the municipality, and the local government unit of Tinambac extends its gratitude to the Department of Tourism-Region V for bringing it to the tourism frontliners of Tinambac. The training was timely, as it coincided with the celebration of the 18th Himoragat Festival.
