Vision

Efficient and responsive delivery of general services and centralized procuring body in the Local Government Unit of Tinambac.

Mission

To ensure the delivery of general services and provision of adequate facilities and procurement needs of LGU offices and constituents (barangay, municipalities, NGOs, and others). Take custody and be accountable for all properties owned by the Local Government Unit of Tinambac. To ensure cleanliness-related activities, such as possible or imminent destruction or damage to records, supplies, properties, and structures, and the sanitary clean up of waste materials or debris, particularly during natural disasters and calamities.

Mandate

Exercise general supervision and control over programs and activities of the Municipal General Services Office; and carry out the effective delivery of general services such as procurement supplies, materials equipment (SME), drugs and medicine supplies and services inventory of properties, rent out of facilities to public and private entities, assign office space to local or public officials who by law are entitled to such space, building and ground maintenance as well as janitorial, security, landscaping, electrical, carpentry, sound system, perform all functions pertaining to supply and property management and other related services.
