Vision

A vibrant peaceful and progressive community which does not profitable business out of agricultural characterized by sustained economic growth, organized and self-reliant farmers and fisher folks.

Mission

The Municipal Agriculturist Office shall promote sustainable agriculture and fisheries development by way of application of environmental friendly technologies and approaches which contribute to enhance productivity and increase the income of farmers and fishermen.

Mandate

Formulate measures and ensure the delivery of basic agricultural services and provision of adequate facilities relative to agricultural services. Ensure maximum assistance and access to resources in the production, processing and marketing of agricultural and aqua-cultural and marine products are extended to farmers, fishermen and local entrepreneurs.
