Vision
A realty tax department committed to achieve efficiency in the appraisal and assessment of real properties provided to the clientele by our professional employees at the highest standard and quality of service.
Mission
To appraise and assess real properties as guided by the following fundamental principles: Real property shall be appraised at its current and fair market value; Real property shall be classified for assessment purposes on the basis of its actual use; Real property shall be assessed on the basis of a uniform classification.
Mandate
Ensure all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes are properly executed. Exercise the functions of appraisal and assessment primarily for taxation purposes of all real properties in the LGU concerned.
Frontline Services
The Certified True Copy / Photocopy of Tax Declaration are issued to clientele who may have legal interest in a particular real property within the locality.

1. Request Certified True Copy /Photocopy of Tax Declaration.
2. Pay the required fees at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer. *Make sure to secure Official Receipt that will be issued upon payment.
3. Return to the Office of the Municipal Assessor for the processing and release of Certified True Copy/Photocopy of Tax Declaration.

1. Interview the clientele.
1.1 Research the particular real property
1.2 Prepare & issue the Order of Payment, if record of real property being requested is available.
1.3 Start processing the request. *Encode or photocopy the Tax Declaration being requested.
2. Accept payment based on the Order of Payment and issue Official Receipt to the Clientele.
3. Indicate official receipt no. amount, date.
4. Review, approve and affix signature
5. Record requested certified true copy/ photocopy of tax declaration in the logbook and issued to the client.
6. If no record available map is presented to the client to identify the property.
7. Revision is prepared if needed.
