Vision

Mandate

Exercise general supervision and control over all programs, projects, services and activities of the LGU. Enforce all laws and ordinance relative to the governance of the LGU and the exercise of the appropriate corporate powers. Ensure the delivery of basic services and the provision of adequate facilities.

SCHEDULING/MARRIAGE SOLEMNIZATION AT THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR

Schedule of availability of service:

Monday to Friday      –           8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. without noon break

Who may avail of the service?

Any couple wanted to have a civil wedding with their parent consent and at the right age.

Requirements:

  • Marriage license including the application form duly subscribed by the Municipal Civil Registrar Officer or Affidavit of Living Together (5 years & above)
  • Other requirements such as certificate of non marriage, certificate of tree planting, marriage counselling and family planning seminar.
  • Names of witness

Fee: P300.00 Solemnization Fee

How to avail of the service:

*Date of solemnization shall be agreed upon by the couple & the solemnizing officer.

** If living together for five (5) years and above the municipal trial court judge should subscribed the marriage certificate.

*** Early scheduling are also observed with complete requirements

** Other fees are based on the assessment and type of business/establishment.
