To establish a sustainable community health system to ensure health personnel are efficient, dedicated and committed in delivering quality services to all Tinambaquenos.

Mission

To facilitate effective management of resources for sustainable development to achieve lasting improvement in the quality of life through preventive health care system. To achieve better health which requires more involvement by grouping themselves as individuals, families and communities taking action in their behalf by adopting healthy behavior and ensuring healthy environment.

Mandate

Formulate and implement policies, plans, programs and projects to promote the health of the people in the LGU concerned. Conduct health information campaigns and render health intelligence services.

This service caters to the primary health needs of our constituents.  It includes medical consultation, diagnosis and giving appropriate medical services

ISSUANCE OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

ABOUT THE SERVICES

               Firms, government and private agencies may require health certificates from certain persons. This is true especially for those seeking for employment and reference purposes.

LABORATORY SERVICES

ABOUT THE SERVICES

             This service caters to all indigent cardholders under the OPD Package of PHIC for free but also serves to our constituents who would like to avail of the services paying a minimum amount

TB-DOTS MEDICATION

ABOUT THE SERVICES

            The Municipal Health office manages an anti-tuberculosis program.  The purpose is to

identify and treat patients with TB. Drugs and medicine are provided free of charge.

            This program caters to the so called TB symptomatic, meaning, patients having a chronic cough of more than 2wks or coughing out of blood, afternoon low grade fever, body weakness and sudden weight loss.

               This service provides a comprehensive maternal care program for pregnant and lactating mothers.

ABOUT THE SERVICES

               The purpose of this service is to immunize children 0 to 11mos old from immunizable diseases and pregnant mothers to prevent the occurrence of Tetanus Neonatorum in infants.
